  2. These Terms & Conditions are made available to the consumer before the agreement is concluded.
  3. The consumer has the opportunity to save and review these Terms & Conditions at a later time.
  4. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  5. The invalid provision will, where possible, be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the purpose and intent of the original provision.
  6. Deviations from these Terms & Conditions are valid only if agreed upon in writing or electronically between Adamoon and the consumer.

Article 4 – The Offer

  1. If an offer is valid for a limited period or is subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated with the offer.
  2. Adamoon makes every reasonable effort to describe its products as completely and accurately as possible.
  3. Product images, colours, sizes and descriptions are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on the consumer's screen or device settings.
  4. Obvious errors in prices, descriptions, spelling, input or programming do not bind Adamoon. If an obvious error occurs, the consumer cannot claim a right to purchase the product at the incorrect price.
  5. Where applicable, the offer will clearly state:
    • the total price, including applicable taxes;
    • whether additional shipping costs apply;
    • the available payment methods;
    • the expected delivery time;
    • whether the right of withdrawal applies;
    • the main characteristics of the product.
  6. Offers, promotions and discount codes are valid for the period stated and while stocks last.
  7. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed, unless Adamoon expressly agrees otherwise.

Article 5 – The Agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer, completes the ordering process and meets any applicable conditions.
  2. After placing an order, the consumer will receive an electronic order confirmation.
  3. The consumer is responsible for providing accurate and complete contact, delivery and payment information.
  4. Adamoon may refuse or cancel an order where:
    • there is an obvious pricing or product error;
    • the product is no longer available;
    • the information provided is incorrect or incomplete;
    • there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse or unauthorized payment;
    • delivery to the specified address is reasonably impossible.
  5. If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by Adamoon, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  6. Adamoon takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure electronic transactions and payments.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. Where applicable under consumer law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.
  2. Adamoon may ask the consumer for the reason for withdrawal, but the consumer is not required to provide one.
  3. The withdrawal period generally begins on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the product.
  4. If several products in one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the final product is received.
  5. If a product consists of several parts or shipments, the withdrawal period begins when the final part or shipment is received.
  6. The consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal before the order has been delivered.
  7. Where Adamoon has failed to provide legally required information regarding the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period may be extended in accordance with applicable law.

Article 7 – Consumer Obligations During the Withdrawal Period

  1. During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with reasonable care.
  2. The consumer may open and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, fit and functioning, as would reasonably be permitted in a physical store.
  3. The consumer may be liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to assess it.
  4. For hygiene and quality purposes, returned clothing should be clean, unworn, unwashed and free from stains, odours, hair and other signs of use, unless the issue concerns a defective or incorrectly supplied product.
  5. Where reasonably possible, products should be returned with their original tags, labels, accessories and packaging.
  6. The absence or damage of original packaging does not automatically remove the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal. However, a reasonable reduction in value may apply where the product has lost value due to unnecessary handling by the consumer.

Article 8 – Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer must notify Adamoon of their decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.
  2. The consumer may notify Adamoon:
    • through the return procedure available on the website;
    • using the applicable model withdrawal form;
    • by email to [insert customer service email]; or
    • through another clear and unambiguous statement.
  3. The consumer should preferably include their order number and specify which products are being returned.
  4. After notifying Adamoon of the withdrawal, the consumer must return the products without undue delay and, where applicable, within 14 days.
  5. The return deadline is met when the product is sent before the applicable period has expired.
  6. The consumer is responsible for ensuring that the return is sent correctly and on time. Adamoon recommends keeping the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been processed.
  7. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning an item is paid by the consumer.
  8. If the wrong product was delivered or the product was defective or damaged upon arrival, Adamoon will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
  9. Returns that are insufficiently or incorrectly addressed may be delayed or refused where permitted by law.

Article 9 – Adamoon's Obligations in Case of Withdrawal

  1. When the consumer notifies Adamoon electronically of their withdrawal, Adamoon will acknowledge receipt where required.
  2. If the consumer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, Adamoon will refund the payments received for the returned products in accordance with applicable consumer law.
  3. Where the consumer returns the entire order, the refund may include the cost of the standard delivery option originally selected, where required by applicable law.
  4. If the consumer returns only part of an order, the original delivery costs are generally not refunded, unless required by applicable law.
  5. Adamoon may wait with the refund until:
    • the returned products have been received; or
    • the consumer has provided evidence that the products have been returned,

whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

  1. Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed upon.
  2. No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.
  3. If the consumer selected a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery option offered, Adamoon is not required to refund the additional cost.
  4. Where the product has lost value due to handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it, Adamoon may deduct the corresponding amount where permitted by law.

Article 10 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

  1. The right of withdrawal may only be excluded where this is legally permitted and where the consumer was clearly informed before purchase.
  2. Depending on the product and applicable law, exclusions may apply to, for example:
    • products made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
    • products that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons and are not suitable for return once the seal has been broken;
    • other products for which the right of withdrawal may legally be excluded.
  3. Products purchased during a sale or promotion are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal solely because they were discounted.
  4. Any additional return conditions for sale or final-sale products will not affect mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Article 11 – Prices

  1. Prices displayed on the website will include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
  2. Any applicable shipping costs will be shown before the consumer completes the order.
  3. Adamoon may change prices, promotions and offers at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been placed and confirmed.
  4. Obvious pricing, typing or input errors do not bind Adamoon.
  5. Discounts, promotional codes and special offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and subject to the stated conditions.
  6. If no end date is stated, Adamoon may end a promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

Article 12 – Conformity and Warranty

  1. Adamoon guarantees that products supplied will conform to:
    • the agreement;
    • the product description;
    • the characteristics the consumer may reasonably expect;
    • applicable statutory requirements.
  2. Consumers have the benefit of their statutory consumer guarantee rights.
  3. Any commercial, manufacturer or additional warranty does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.
  4. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, the consumer should contact Adamoon as soon as reasonably possible.
  5. Adamoon may ask the consumer to provide photographs or other relevant information to help assess the issue.
  6. If a complaint is justified, Adamoon will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include:
    • repair;
    • replacement;
    • an appropriate price reduction; or
    • cancellation of the agreement and a refund where repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable.
  7. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper care or failure to follow the product's care instructions may not be covered by the statutory guarantee.
  8. Shrinkage, colour changes or damage resulting from failure to follow the washing and care instructions may not be considered a product defect, unless the product otherwise fails to conform to the agreement.

Article 13 – Delivery and Fulfilment

  1. Adamoon will take reasonable care when processing and fulfilling orders.
  2. Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer during checkout.
  3. The consumer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and complete.
  4. If additional shipping costs arise because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, these costs may be charged to the consumer where permitted by law.
  5. Orders will normally be shipped within the delivery timeframe stated on the website or on the relevant product page.
  6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery times are estimates.
  7. If delivery is delayed or cannot reasonably take place within the stated timeframe, Adamoon will inform the consumer where required.
  8. If delivery does not take place within the applicable legally required or agreed timeframe, the consumer may have the right to cancel the agreement in accordance with applicable law.
  9. If an order is validly cancelled due to failure to deliver, Adamoon will refund amounts already paid in accordance with applicable law.
  10. The risk of loss or damage remains with Adamoon until the product has been delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
  11. If the consumer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by Adamoon, the risk may transfer when the product is handed to that carrier, where permitted by applicable law.
  12. If tracking information states that a package has been delivered but the consumer has not received it, the consumer should contact Adamoon as soon as possible so that the matter can be investigated with the carrier.

Article 14 – Payment

  1. The payment methods available will be displayed during the checkout process.
  2. The consumer must complete payment according to the conditions of the selected payment method.
  3. Adamoon may process or ship an order only after payment has been received or authorized.
  4. The consumer must immediately report any errors in their payment information.
  5. If payment is not completed when due, Adamoon may take the steps permitted by applicable law to recover the outstanding amount.
  6. When an external payment provider is used, that provider's own terms and privacy policy may also apply.
  7. The terms of an external payment provider do not affect the consumer's statutory rights against Adamoon.

Article 15 – Complaints

  1. Complaints concerning an order, product, delivery or Adamoon's services may be submitted by email to:

[insert customer service email]

  1. The consumer should describe the complaint clearly and completely and, where possible, include the relevant order number.
  2. Where relevant, Adamoon may ask for photographs or other information to assess the complaint.
  3. Adamoon will make reasonable efforts to respond to complaints as soon as possible and within any legally required timeframe.
  4. Adamoon and the consumer will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints amicably.
  5. Submitting a complaint does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.

Article 16 – Applicable Law and Disputes

  1. These Terms & Conditions and agreements between Adamoon and the consumer are governed by the applicable law of [insert country], subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply to consumers in their country of residence.
  2. Consumers living in another country retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws that cannot legally be excluded.
  3. Adamoon encourages consumers to contact customer service first in an attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
  4. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
  5. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory rights the consumer may have under applicable law.

Article 17 – Additional and Deviating Provisions

  1. Additional or deviating provisions may not conflict with mandatory consumer protection laws.
  2. Any additional agreements will be recorded in writing or electronically in a way that allows the consumer to save and access them.
  3. Adamoon may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
  4. The Terms & Conditions applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order was placed, unless otherwise required by law.
